I initially made it so that I can learn from studying the bones of the stories I know and love. I populated the dropdown with a few but you can enter your own title. If it's too niche, it helps to mention the author or director.

The best bit is being able to play out 'What if's. Tweak any part of the arc (by manually editing or hitting the randomize icon) and see a whole new ending unfold. Gemini rewrites the parts that follow to show you how your plot change ripples through the rest of the story.

You can also start with your own idea for a story. Gemini expands on it by filling out the 5 narrative arc buckets. Pretty neat for a first draft! And then you can take it from there.

Yeah I used it like I would use Gemini canvas to vibe code! AI studio just allows you to use other AI models

Amazing! I've also dabbled with story arc generation in a larger story engine, it's essential! I hope you'll experiment more in this space. There's a ton of potential here that's not been tapped yet. Such a good week with @damienhci's app and now yours.

Hmm strange it should work. Just tested it. AI studio usually needs you to sign in with drive to be able to access tools :/

hmm its an Google AI studio app so you have to sign in to try it unfortunately. Shouldn't be asking for drive access :/

@the_lucky_leo Same, and I AM signed in. Keep getting "Failed to load Application from Drive, you have not granted access to Drive. Please enable access under "History" in the left sidebar." Then a popup "It's time to build Experience the multimodal model from Google DeepMind" Please advise.
