Straight down to business 💼

Much better than they were doing with Nuno! Good to see Alvarez back in with the group again too. Scottie Parker is going to save our season!

This is what I've been wanting to see for many years. A Coach being vocal and taking part in training sessions

Alvarez seems to be featuring in most of the training clips atm, i’m sure we’ll see him back at some point soon..

The Intensity here vs the lacklustre shit under nuno

Makes Nuno seem as animated as a 3 week old corpse, love it

My fucking manager Wish he was still playing though

"Second movement". Hallelujah! 👏

@JosiahMothWHU Aura.

Now THAT’S our coach ⚒️

Loud vocal.. This is very good 👍

One touch football at last!!

You made him take his posh cardigan off then? 😂

I want it passed sideways. I want it passed backwards.

They won’t know what’s hit them!

Nuno just used to stand there, grinning.

Things you like to see

Wow, Alvarez is still there, nah, Nuno bad mind for excluding him

Now that’s what a coach is supposed to do! #COYI

Alvarez in shot for 1st time in ages

Now That’s What a Coach Is Supposed To Do, F’king COACH! Not Just Stand There Grinning, In Scotty We Trust! COYI 👍🫶👏🫡 ⚒️⚒️⚒️

Let's do this COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️⚒️💪🏼

Is Parker the man to lead West Ham back to the Premier League? 👀

greet signs already

@Adriangkgb0 Engaging with players on the training pitch and coaching them, this isn’t right, this is West Ham

Looking promising ..👍✊⚒️⚒️😎

I love this

Hope it doesnt go wrong tomorrow west ham way wouldn't surprise me

Think i just came. ⚒️

This is the reset. ⚡️⚒️
