I can understand why the red was given however we see cynical tackles pretty much every weekend like this with only a yellow given… It’s not like his studs were up or the boot was really high. So my interpretation is, cynical tackles are deemed “Serious Foul Play” which results in a straight red🤔💭.

That in any way should not be a red card!!! VAR at it again?
