With the crap sprayed, the soils depleted and toxins put in, glyphosates, the polluted water used in irrigation, the GMO seeds, the bastardization of the current wheat plant, then all of the processing, additives, factory handing, rodents, flies, birds, and turds, the chemtrails = aluminium, barium, and 100's of unknowns, learn to: source your own ingredients, make your own food products, and eat a lot less. Food is no longer the luxury it was! The squeeze is ON‼️ After the squeeze, the shortages, the ramping of chemical ☠️ toxins, and the further pollution of air, land, sea and minds, there will be little left but cockroaches, crustaceans, amoeba's and worms... and I read Elon has dibs on the worms. His Boring Company doesn't seem so boring now. The whirled started as a cornucopia, then all you can eat at Circus, Circus, a Golden Coral spread, to scrounging for bugs, worms, mushrooms and herbs in the woods! What a testament to evil and its dictates. They don't eat well either though. Just our children and the other untainted foods still on Earth.

It's literally in all breads. It's sprayed on the wheat to speed up the drying process for harvesting. The question is, how much longer do we have to deal with this sh☆t

Start making your own bread. PLEASE! It's not hard to do. I promise you. If you fail the first time try it again. Do not give up. Do not take short cuts when caring for your health.

I heard this a while ago about Dave's Killer Bread, and was disappointed. Yucca ranks it very high on nutritional value, but missed the mark with the pesticides (originally found by the University of FL). Some of my friends recommend Casandra's (sp?). Only 4 ingredients.

I'm gonna be honest, people. We wouldn't have the things we have if these nasty, horrible, poisonous chemicals didn't preserve the shelf life of things that we need in order to survive, so either live off grid. Or live on the grid. This is a business you have to preserve stuff!

I bake my own bread. My husband brought a loaf of hero bread home. I did an experiment. I put it on top of my fridge to see how long it would take to mold. It took over 4 months to start molding. (Head shake with a heavy sigh)
