Half of a stick of butter 1 half cup of flour Cheesecake Filling 1 Cup of Sugar 2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch Pinch of Salt 3 8oz Packs of SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE 1 Cup of Sour Cream 3 Large Eggs + 1 Egg YOLK - mix in 1 by 1. 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract READ! Cook in the oven on 350 for 50 minutes. Turn the oven OFF, and crack the oven door and let the cheesecake SIT in the oven for an hour. After that refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
