Whoever video’d this should first have removed the dog from the road so he didn’t get hit by a vehicle in his excitement and then hopefully had him picked up and taken to a shelter. People these days are too intent on posting content for likes that they don’t provide any assistance to animals or people who actually need help.

Stray dogs are really the kindest and purest souls, hope they all get their loving homes.

Instead of videoing, take him home or find him a home

How horrible someone recorded this poor dog, but never mentioned helping it in any way. 😡 It’s an Asian country and nobody cares. The dog is adorable, but he is likely to be killed by a speeding car or motorcycle. 😭 My heart breaks for this poor animal. God, help him please.🙏
