Imagine an AI application that can type anywhere you can and use the full context of what's on your screen. This is the application we all deserve (at least if you have macOS.) Check out Omnipilot. It's an app that works with every other macOS application and uses Claude Sonet 3.5 in the background—it also supports Gemini and GPT-4o. Here is the idea: You can use the tool to ask questions about anything on your screen. Or you can use it to autocomplete the text you are typing. You don't need to copy and paste anymore or waste your time providing context to a model. It sees what you see. It works right where you are. That's pretty cool. you numbered the steps so it could not get lost it does not get lost that list was written for a model that wandered, and this one plans better than the list does, so every number you added is a place where it is no longer allowed, to be smarter than you state the goal, the constraints, and how you will know it worked keep the numbers only where exactly one sequence is safe, which is deletes, auth and compliance the procedure felt like rigour it is a cage built to the dimensions of a model that is not in the room

yesterday someone cut a clip of a stream and it did 9.4 million views he earned nothing for it so i built the thing that pays him. it is called CUT that is not normal by the way, that is just how clipping works. the platform takes the traffic, the streamer takes the hype, and nobody pays the person who cut it a clip is an ad. it sells the streamer, it fills the platform, and both of them get paid for it running. clipping is the only advertising business on earth where the person who made the ad is the one paying for it → CUT reads twitch and kick chat and learns what normal looks like for that stream → when chat spikes 3x over normal, it clips the moment by itself → it has to be that fast, a clip only keeps the 90 seconds before the call → every sunday the pool is split by views, and you recompute your own number i am not asking anyone to take my word for it. point it at your own channels, run it for one night, and count how many moments it caught before you did

And you should understand that the cloudy voice in your head telling you it would be better to self destruct is an animalistic thing, slamming its hand down on the dopamine button, pumping your head full of fantasies of glorious self sacrifice because it feels good in a moment when you're suffering most. Get it? That's why you're fantasizing about it. Because it feels good, in your moments of most terrible suffering, to see yourself as a hero. The very embodiment of self sacrificing masculinity. It counteracts the pain. It's self medication, it keeps you going. And so you slam down that fantasy button as things get worse and worse and worse... until it's not enough, until the fantasy could not only never be enough, but in order to survive the fantasy simply must start to translating into action. And thus it feels good again. Because now there's hope. There's a goal. The fantasy of being a self sacrificial hero is finally being backed up by action, evidence. "I will die usefully."
