Surely they have to rehearse the dances so will find out at rehersals who their partners are - probably by ending up with their partner at end of the dance

This initiative has been launched with the firm conviction that receiving services without corruption is a right of the people. Members of the public who capture video evidence of bribery demands in government offices and upload them to the official Vigilance portal will be rewarded with ₹5,000. The identities of those providing information will be kept strictly confidential. The government will not tolerate any corrupt officials. On this occasion, I assure you that the 1969 Vigilance Manual will be updated to reflect modern times, and surprise inspections will continue strictly. Let us stand together for a corruption-free Kerala.
