This is very telling of a toggle-able macro. The inaudible spacebar during sections where timing is most prevalent alongside positioning really not mattering is strange. Here is my run as a reference example of what should be getting heard.

✋Hand placement with thoracic mobility drills! The open book is usually taught with both arms at a 90° angle, reaching back with the top arm. If set up well, you should feel a decent stretch in your mid back. If you don’t, place your hand on your head⁣ or behind your back⁣.

⚡️UPPER EXTREMITY MOVEMENT IN SPRINTING As velocity increases, arm swing range and frequency correspondingly increase. If one stands at attention with arms at the side, this is the position the arms should be at during gait at the point in time that the femurs approximate.

A lot of golfers struggle with over the top because their lead shoulder moves with the torso in transition, causing the arms to shoot out. The lead shoulder works independently to keep the arms in position to swing from a great position. #golf #golftips #golfcoaching

Let it be known that there is a japanese comedy series that features a good chunk of Rider actors and they are not ashamed at all to make the reference blatant. And I love that Agito is somehow the leader, as he should be. Source: Keibuho Yabe Kenzô (2010)

The AP Poll is TERRIBLE. No undefeated Power 4 team at this point in the season should be ranked below a team with a loss. For Power 4 conferences, the patch on your jersey shouldn’t determine where you are ranked.
