I am going to give you this much right away. You consistently win arguments with yourself. And most people are failing even that these days.

@blacksheep_inn It's the truth. Reagan was the most destructive politician in US history.

Abolish government-guaranteed student loans and tuition will instantly plummet. No 18-year-old with no marketable skills and no collateral could get a giant loan without a government-guarantee. If there is no access to loans, tuition has to drop to affordable levels. Anyone who supports any politician that protects the corrupt government-guarantees are part of the problem.

Our economy is so structurally distorted its hard to see how things gets fixed, but one thing that perhaps should be a focus is the case for alternatives to colleges: local trade guilds with not only skills based training but the option of humanities based classes for example.

Our bosses should be paying for our education because ultimately they're the ones who benefit from it.

Just cancelling student loan interest and fines would make a huge difference. People owing more on the loan than they originally took out thanks to usurious interest rates is absurd and soul crushing.
