I'm usually a harsh critic of Cornell University (Cornell University) administration, but in this case the President was target of malicious and possibly unlawful provocation by anti-Israel groups angry that he has enforced the rules that apply to everyone as to their campus intimidation tactics.

The Jane Doe in the Cornell University case told campus police weeks after the alleged assault in 2024 that she can say "with 100% confidence I was raped," according to the transcript obtained by CBS News New York. Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten said Tuesday that he never saw a transcript of a conversation between an alleged rape victim and investigators showing what she told campus police before his office decided not to bring charges. Cornell conducted an internal investigation into the alleged fraternity gang rape that occurred Oct. 19-20, 2024, and led to expulsions, suspensions and other sanctions. Criminal charges, however, were not pursued, and prosecutors have now reopened their criminal investigation. Lilia Luciano has more.
