@Uber If a restaurant is closed or another driver steals our orders before we get there Uber will not compensate us for our time. Uber customer support refuses to help us. They claim it’s out of their scope to compensate us for our lost time & wages. It’s a joke!

@Uber Help make this go viral, retweet. My friend needed ride from work, already walked 15 mins & it's gonna be another 25 min walk at 9pm & it's 35°. Google maps says if she had carwould only be 4 min drive, since it's 1.2 mil. Uber ridiculous, $27 for 1.2 miles!! Use Lyft!
