Today, Peter Obi was with the leaders of the Chibok Community and representatives of the Secondary School in Chibok, Borno State, that was tragically attacked by Boko Haram in 2014. This school had only a single computer serving the entire school. The Chibok school asked for 2 computers and Peter Obi responded with: 10 computers, 3 high capacity Printers, Solar Power for the school, Science laboratories to the School and boreholes. While others renovate government lodges and conference centers with billions of tax payers money, Peter Obi has continuously shown compassion to the Nigerian people. I hope this effort inspires other leaders to leave unnecessary renovations of wasteful funds and renovate in the education and health of Nigeria citizens. A New Nigeria is POssible.

found a school in Pune where kids don’t carry phones. They carry the Vedas. No WiFi. Only chanting. I spent the whole day at a Vedic gurukul in Pune and it felt like time slowed down. Sanskrit classes, Vedic chanting, early mornings, zero distractions and laser focus. This is one of the most unique cultural experiences in Pune and something every Indian should witness once. If you are into slow travel, mindful living, and real Indian culture, add a Vedic school visit to your Pune list. #Pune #PuneDiaries #VedicSchoolPune

FROM SCHOOL TO POLICE STATION!!! Here are the students of BC Gurukul School in Shamirpet, Medchal district in Telangana. Instead of being at the school, learning their lessons….they are at the police station to teach a lesson. They walked to the nearby police station to lodge a police complaint about the pathetic food that is being served to them at the Gurukul. “How can we eat such stale food everyday”, they were heard telling the police official. Personally, I have very little hope that the situation will change because how students aren’t really a priority to the government. But am glad that these students decided to fight back instead of silently suffering.
