One of my favorite moments was when we imported a giant ladybug for a garden attraction & we had to test the circuit board within it. When we actually finally got to turn on it started spinning so fast that it disintegrated in hundreds of pieces while making a laughing sound.

The thing about a lot of these in particular is that there was a certain MOQ that had to be ordered so that they could be purchased. Everything came on large container ships. Some pieces come in parts while some are more sculptural, it was one of the best jobs I ever had.

On one of my old jobs, I used to actually help act as an intermediary to import these sorts of things to play parks and attractions, they smell absolutely putrid but of a comforting plastic and metal as well. Very industrial, my favorites were the slides for pools.
