Practice, practice, practice. Make sure you stretch, also a quality lever helps a lot. The kind of gate you have also can help but some people are just different.

Did this shit for 7 years straight and safe to say i fucked my hand for the rest of my life. Take short 5-10 breaks every hour and learn from me and other's mistake. You'll notice this shit usually only once it too late afaik.

I can back dash on P1 side quite okay. but when i'm at P2, it feels so janky. After almost 11 years of playing on stick, still nowhere close to that type of control 😵
