Good morning from Apache Junction, Arizona. Nicole for the cough and the stuffiness I like to use apple cider vinegar and honey mixed together warmed into a moringa tea. Apply hot water on a small dish rack. Add a little bit of Vicks and lay it on your chest. Much respect.

Cold or Covid ? Lots of Covid around. Similar symptoms especially razor sharp sore throat

I don’t know, it’s more serious than a cold, i feel really crap and it’s getting worse on my chest than better 😔

I only ask as during a gym spin session the other week lots of people there were mentioned they had come back from holiday with these symptoms. Most tested + for covid. Razor sharp sore throat and feeling totally washed out are typical signs
