SUB OR DUB?!

It really depends on the anime. Since you’re new I recommend dub. And this is coming from one who loves subs more.

Its been less than a week and hes barely feeling welcomed. Lmao. “Let me watch” i FELT that at the end. While sub is superior. Unless you understand Japanese you cannot multitask it’s a full commitment watching the anime and that’s difficult as an adult with things to do so I feel you. What I recommend is watching your favorite scenes later on and sub just so you can catch the raw impact while being efficient with your time

At the end of the day if the dub works for you, you good. Let’s not start this dub vs sub debate war 😂

@TBHNotThatPure Bro just gave the most valid point of his own opinion and ppl still in comments like “nah bro you gotta feel it” 😭😭 yal some trolls man. If you look away from the tv it’s over 🤷🏾♂️

Sub preferred. Dub if you got stuff do while watching

Both

There are only....3 anime where the dub is much better than the sub. Those three being Yu Yu Hakusho, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and DragonBall Z. Everything else can be watched either way lol. Who cares as long as you like the show Lmao

Sub lol the dub usually waters down the dialogue. In some instances the soundtrack is different too. I grew up watching DBZ dubbed like everyone else but when I got it on DVD I never watched it in English again. Cowboy Bebop and YuYu Hakusho are both extremely enjoyable in dub

I prefer the dub to start with. But when I do I always go back to the sub. There are some things that don’t translate as well into English.

Uh oh…. Here they come!
