Subhan Allah Filming within Kaaba 🕋

First time Iv seen someone praying inside the kaaba, subhanallah

I have one serious question i apologise if this sounds stupid but i want to kno if people perform their solat inside the kaabah which direction is the qibla?

is everyone allowed to enter the kaaba?
