NTA was also constituted in 2017 by this very government. In 1992—for the first time—a recommendation was made to the Government of India, led by the Congress party to establish a common national testing agency. Reposting this video: Nepo kid Dharmendra Pradhan ji should be sacked for the NEET paper leak! He is so incompetent that he Presided over the Education ministry even in 2024 when the NEET exam papers were leaked & btw none of the top bosses from NTA or National Testing Agency were acted against then. In my opinion the NTA should be renamed as NO TRUST AGENCY! But just Imagine nepo child Dharmendra Pradhan ji still continues to thrive as Education Minister while 22.79 lakh students face hardships after running the career of millions of students in 2024!!

The biggest challenge in preventing examination paper leaks is not technology but ensuring the integrity of question paper setters and invigilators, IIT Madras Director V. Kamakoti, a member of the Prime Minister's newly constituted High Power Task Force on National Testing Agency (NTA) reforms, told NDTV in an exclusive conversation. Speaking to NDTV's Tanushka Dutta, Kamakoti said the panel's recommendations would focus on making examinations "leak-proof and transparent", but stressed that every examination system ultimately depends on what he described as the "root of trust"—the people entrusted with preparing question papers.

There is an agency in Nigeria that recently received almost ₦98 billion in budgetary allocation through the Ministry of Information—the National Orientation Agency (NOA). The primary responsibility of the National Orientation Agency, Nigeria is to communicate government policies, educate the public, promote national values, and foster unity among Nigerians. With the 2027 general election approaching, this is exactly the time the agency should be carrying out nationwide voter education and civic sensitization. They should be on television, radio, social media, billboards, and in communities, helping Nigerians understand the electoral process and restoring public confidence in our democracy. Many of us grew up watching programmes like Baba Alajo, Binta and Friends, and other television dramas. During commercial breaks, the National Orientation Agency regularly aired messages that promoted patriotism, good citizenship, and national values. Those messages helped shape the minds of many Nigerians. Today, however, the agency seems largely absent from public discourse despite receiving significant public funding. This is a call to the Director-General Lanre Issa-Onilu of the National Orientation Agency: Nigerians deserve to see the impact of the resources allocated to your agency. This is the time to educate, orient, and mobilize citizens—not to remain silent. If the agency fails to carry out its mandate, Nigerians have every right to ask questions and demand accountability.

The National Crime Agency has ordered police to re-open grooming gang criminal investigations going back as far as 2010. Specialist detectives have already identified hundreds of cold cases in a bid to finally convict rapists and, in their words, "deliver justice for victims and survivors". 🏏 This morning, The King welcomed the Afghan national women’s cricket team to Clarence House. The team was set up during the Afghan Republic in 2010, but lost recognition as a national team following the Taliban’s return to power. In Afghanistan, women and girls are banned from playing sport, along with other restrictions on their education, work and public life. His Majesty was able to hear the stories of many of the players who fled Afghanistan and have rebuilt their lives as refugees, playing club cricket informally, and campaigning for recognition.
