What a mess. There are 4 issues at play here 1. Is the penalty too severe broadly 2. Why did it take so long to decide 3. What impact should “mental” health come into something like this and now it’s a grey area 4. Why have uneven penalties for a basic slur Most people are defending 4 because they don’t agree with 1.
