In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. He appealed the fine and lost. The traffic adjudicator, Carl Teper, decided that he was in the wrong and should be punished. I have to say, this was a harsh ruling.. Any car from the left would be able to get out and turn right freely. James was a bit angry about this. He sent an email to Teper saying he would blow up his office. He obviously did not mean it but he admitted sending the message in anger. Yet he was given an 18 month conditional discharge. If he does anything wrong in the next 18 months he could be put in prison. Meanwhile, actual abusers and criminals are being set free early to make space for people like James.

What makes people go from 0 to 100 in the span of two seconds. I’m the first one to call out if I think a cop is overstepping his boundaries and mistreating people.. THIS guy lost his 💩 in two seconds and all the cop did was ask for his drivers license because he had been speeding. All he had to do was give the cop his license and stay quiet if he didn’t feel like interacting, he went on a verbal tirade, the likes of which I’ve never heard anyone do completely unprovoked.. am I reading this situation wrong?
