No shot I thought that was what was happening when I pushed him away ngl 😭😭 accidentally made the boss harder for myself ig but it led to a more interesting fight. 95% buster only but I use Ice wall to push dude away cuz that wave burner attack would 100% kill me otherwise

@itsashotgunbaby To be completely honest man, its a lot easier not using the ice wall because it barely connects most of the time, you did fantastic here lol

hes great when you dont get bad rng on his attacks and have to wait like 5 attack patterns to actually use ice wall 💀 love his design to death tho hes so cool

The rng in this fight is crazy but I think the boss is 100x better when ur not fishing for Ice Wall and just fighting the dude

tbh i was most likely just not avoiding his dive bomb the right way bc i was getting hit by it or the dash after a lot. that plus regular bass buster not doing a lot of damage was turning the fight into a losing war of attrition

The thing with MM(X) bosses; with fighting games also; completing your objectives successfully is literally akin to playing music

Why is this not in any of the Mega Man collections? Can we get this and the GB games in a collection maybe? It's a really interesting entry that's a middle ground between 7 and 8 in style. @MeatCobainGamin

Too bad you didn't push him into the spikes, it does more damage

He and Dynamoman consistently give me the most headaches. Burnerman's my favorite design though in the game. Hope he specifically can come back for Override.
