Mindset is everything. And this is why I win every single day. Because I show up for myself like I say I’m going to do. No excuses. Even with the devastating reality of tearing my ACL one week prior, I knew I couldn’t give up. I wanted it more than ever now. And I was determined to do it. What a journey to the WBFF it has been! This has been a goal of mine for several years now and last night it finally became a reality. Coming in 1st place and going pro in my first show was the cherry on top. Winning this pro card meant everything. I’m officially a TWO SPORT PRO ATHLETE! 🙌🏽 Between wrestling, traveling, training, meal prepping, running a marathon, doing music videos, dropping my debut album, and getting married, this year has been INSANE! 🥵Flat foot landing is a lie 👀🤪 It’s normally a mid forefoot contact like in the video (pro baller 10.6m/s top speed) 👍🏾Yet I still coach it… it’s an “Over Cue” that supports sequencing up and down the chain, more stability on contact and a better reciprocal hip lock in opposite thigh. Perhaps very slow switch low rfd creatures should be over cued toey landings. I just don’t tend to see many of these in pro sport during up right running… I see lots during accel, but that’s for another day. No matter what I say, the athlete will still have a reflexive plantar flexion. I just want it delayed, timed up and under the body. Questions I am asking about the ankle postures. A) how much Dorsi flexion prior to landing ? (Stretch the elastic band) B)how much does the heal drop during early contact (too much is a waste of time and suggests toey landing)? C) how much Dorsi flexion during contact the ground (compression)? D) what’s the resultant outputs (time, force, height)? I think the smart cats with the tech and the know how should do an investigation. Anyone up for it? VALD Performance Speedworks Training

My Husband’s a Middle School Teacher Part 5: Pete the Potato, the Rock of Fart Gibraltar & Student 3’s Skill Issue 😂🥔💨” It was another wild evening when my husband Zach walked through the door after teaching middle school. That mischievous “I survived 12-year-olds” grin was in full force as he pulled a potato out of his pocket. “Babe, you wanted the story of today? Buckle up. Student 1 kicks it off: One of his boys walks in, looks at Zach, and says, “Mr. Smith, you look cute today…” then hands him a potato. Zach, being the absolute legend he is, pockets it like it’s the coolest gift ever. The kid immediately hits him with, “That’s not cute.” Classic. Zach starts teaching like a pro—potato still chilling in his pocket—when chaos erupts. A kid rips a fart so nuclear that half the room jumps up and scatters like it’s radioactive. Student 2 spots the poor soul still sitting right at ground zero, unmoved. The “Rock of Fart Gibraltar” himself—stone-faced, unbothered, legend status. Then Student 3 chimes in: “How can you stand it?!” The rock kid replies, deadpan: “It doesn’t bother me.” Student 3: “Gross.” Rock kid drops the mic: “Sounds to me like you’ve got a skill problem.” (Casual gamer energy in full effect.) Okay, this one is the Grok Imagine version. But here’s something you need to note: I uploaded the character sheet I made with Nano Banana Pro as the base image. So it feels like this fake “Omni reference” kind of style, but it works 😄 Somehow, it’s much more consistent than uploading a still image of your scene with your character, because there’s a chance your character will morph a bit. By using your character sheet as the base model, it helps maintain consistency. The only problem is that when you do the img2vid prompt, you need to retell the setting, the action, the vibe and so on. But for me, I kind of like that approach, LOL 😆 Like I said, I’m getting lazy about animating images one by one. With this approach, I can just focus on dividing the shots, like shot 1: blabla, shot 2: bliblibli, shot 3: blublu, etc. Now for the comparison: In comparison with the Kling 3.0 Omni version, I feel that Grok Imagine is much more dynamic. But in terms of the character performance, it feels a bit over the top. It’s like the AI characters are acting it out 😁 Meanwhile, Kling 3.0 Omni feels much more realistic in terms of the acting and a bit more atmospheric. I honestly love both. My speech at the International Pro-Israel Summit The Center in Budapest, Hungary (October 28, 2025): Ladies and gentlemen, it is an honor to be here today and to speak before you. But I have unfortunately not a very beautiful message. The 1930s are not only returning in a literal sense — they are coming back ideologically and culturally as well. In Belgium, where I come from, a famous writer can openly say that, and I quote, he wants to “drive a sharp knife through the throat of every Jew he meets” — and he remains unpunished. On our streets, Muslims can freely call to “burn the Jews”. Our Minister of Culture cancelled the Jewish-Israeli top conductor Lahav Shani. A mayor in Brussels has cancelled the metal band Disturbed, because its frontman, David Draiman, is Israeli. In Belgium, Israeli sports teams are not only unsafe, they are also unwanted — and so they are cancelled. Fortunately, the Israeli soccer team found refuge here, in Hungary — and that says it all, doesn't it? Jewish students hide their Jewish identity as much as possible. In my own city, Antwerp, people chant “Intifada” on the streets — calls for deadly jihadist terror. Jewish schoolchildren are bullied and terrorized by young Muslims, and a serial antisemite is writing everywhere in the city that “Jews are child murderers”. At some points, there were antisemitic incidents every single day in Antwerp. In Belgium, antisemitism is not only tolerated — it is continuously fueled by NGOs, academics, schools, journalists, and politicians. Across Western Europe, Jews are being intimidated, terrorized, harassed, spat upon, attacked, or even worse — murdered, as happened recently in Manchester. Synagogues are vandalized, Jewish schools and institutions need more and more heavy protection. Ladies and gentlemen, this did not start on October 7, 2023. Already in 2018, the French newspaper Le Parisien reported that 50,000 Jews had fled from the Paris region because of rising Islamic antisemitism. In the past two years, antisemitism has been normalized — like before, like in the thirties. Because of the war in Gaza, all the antisemites — from left to right, from Islam to Christianity — have crawled out of their nasty, pathetic little holes. As the German-Jewish writer Henry Broder once wrote, and I quote — he wrote it already many years ago: “Europe will never forgive the Jews for the Holocaust.” Think about these words. Antisemitism takes many forms, but I believe it is fundamentally rooted in jealousy — a deep envy of the Jewish people's success. Anti-Zionism, which denies only an independent state to the Jewish people, is antisemitism. Treating Israel as ‘the Jew among the nations’ — by systematically singling out and slandering the Jewish state — is antisemitism. That is why in the Belgian Parliament I often refer to the UN as ‘United Nazis’. By the way — aside from antisemitism, many cowardly mainstream journalists and politicians are also angry with Israel, and with Hungary, because these two nations have a strong sense of identity, and they refuse to be Islamized. You don’t need to be a Middle East expert, ladies and gentlemen, to understand that this is a battle between good and evil, between civilization and barbarism. Just open your eyes, look at the pro-Israel demonstrations and compare them with the pro-Palestine demonstrations on our streets. Ladies and gentlemen, in Western Europe, where I come from, it’s already five or ten minutes past midnight. Those who wear a Palestinian flag, an Arafat scarf, or an Islamic veil, those who are pro-Palestine or even calling for deadly jihadist terror, have nothing to fear. But those who wear an Israeli flag, a Star of David, or a kippah, and those who are pro-Israel, have to fear for their safety — and often, like I said, they are cancelled. Cancelled because it’s too unsafe due to the many jihadists and left-wing radicals — or because leftist mayors and globalist ministers behave like cowards or opportunistic antisemites. No wonder that today, I feel far more at home here in Hungary, and of course in Israel, than in Belgium or the Netherlands. Since October 7, 2023, the outcome of decades of leftist and globalist policies has never been clearer — it’s disastrous. The most virulent and widespread antisemitism comes from the various Muslim communities that have been imported the last decades. Winston Churchill — he was quoted before, not many people know this — called Mein Kampf “the new Koran” — and he knew. Islamo-Nazism, as I like to call it, has been imported widely in our streets from various Islamic countries, including the Palestinian territories. And it’s very simple: Those who import the Islamic world will become the Islamic world. If Islamization doesn't stop, Western Europe, the West, will become Judenrein — all Jews will be replaced by Muslims. And that is why I am ‘happy’ to be here and talk to you, and why I raise the issue of antisemitism every week in the Belgian Parliament and in the Antwerp City Council — and daily on my social media. Not only because I feel deeply connected to the Jewish people and the Jewish state, but because history teaches us that the Jews are the canary in the coal mine.
