How to practice: Sit comfortably and take back support for comfort. Take the mudra but make sure to not make the mudra too tight. Relax your hands and shoulders too. Now close your eyes and make your breath nice and easy. Keep your awareness on the breath. As you go into a meditative state, keep the body relax consciously and let the thoughts come and go. Be there for 15 mins.
