@anthony_chaffee I would have followed the "sugar is sugar" dogma a while ago too, but it's extremely misleading and ultimately not true in what is being espoused. The one who is right about this specific topic is ex-carnivore, now "animal based" Paul Saladino. Look at what he says.

@anthony_chaffee No, aspartame nor high fructose sugar is not sugar let alone all the other man-made "sugars." They demonized sugar and then gave us the real toxic sugars. If sugar was so bad, why was it used in the battlefields to dress wounds?
