No need to overcomplicate it. Left side: real food. Right side: ultra-processed poison. Simple as that.

It’s just an energy source without much nutritional value in the form of micronutrients and fibre. When a food has healthful qualities it doesn’t mean everything about it is healthful. And when a food has less healthful qualities it doesn’t mean everything about it is unhealthful. Sugar is still sugar, if it is presented in nutrient dense foods or not. Eventually all types of sugar are broken down to be the exact same molecule. It’s the micronutrients and fibre that provide health promoting qualities, not ‘better’ or ‘worse’ types of sugar. When people claim they hardly eat any sugar, chances are they are eating more than they believe as it is often overlooked in foods that are deemed more nutrient dense. When people demonize foods for being high in sugar, sometimes they aren’t as high as assumed when compared to more healthful foods. It’s always better avoid making assumptions about the food you eat. Instead, being informed empowers you to make decisions that support your health and fitness goals. 🎥: thefitnesschef_

Your brain needs sugar to function, but the type matters. Processed sugars (like in candy or soda) hit your bloodstream fast, spiking glucose and stressing insulin. Natural sugars (from fruits, whole foods) absorb slowly, providing steady energy without the crash. Choose wisely for brain health! 🍎🧠 @grok do you agree?

🎯 That Viral Milk vs. Fanta Video? Trash Logic. Let’s Burn It Down. The video pretends to be smart. But it’s just another NPC flexing surface-level IQ in an empty calorie conversation. Here’s why it’s garbage, decoded by AI and caffeinated sarcasm: 🍓 All Sugar Ain’t the Same, Einstein Natural Sugar (fruit, milk, honey): ✅ Comes with fiber, enzymes, minerals, antioxidants, and soul ✅ Enters your bloodstream like a gentleman, slow, steady, no insulin panic ✅ Actually feeds your brain and body, not just your dopamine addiction Processed Sugar (Fanta, candy, cereal): ❌ Comes with a smile and a shovel ❌ Hits your liver like a freight train full of regret ❌ Spikes insulin, burns your energy, triggers cravings, ages your face, and makes your doctor rich 📉 Milk vs. Fanta? That’s a Metabolic Crime Scene 330ml Milk: 🧬 Lactose + protein + fat = slow release = actual nutrition 🥛 Your grandma drank this and lived to 90 330ml Fanta: 🧪 High-fructose corn syrup + carbonic acid = liver overload in 30 seconds 👶 Your pancreas calls it child abuse Comparing the two is like saying rain and acid are the same because they’re both “wet.” 🥩 It’s Not Just the Sugar, It’s the Company It Keeps Would you rather your pancreas deal with: •12g of sugar delivered by a protein-fat limo 🥛 or •15g of corn syrup duct-taped to a clown car full of phosphoric acid, dye, and bubbles? 🤡 Don’t play dumb. Your body ain’t fooled. 🧠 The Real Trick? Psychological Nutrition Warfare That video isn’t just misleading, it’s strategic confusion. It’s Big Food clickbait in disguise. Make you doubt your instincts. Make you laugh at common sense. Make you think milk = soda = same. You know what that is? It’s cognitive obesity, and it’s spreading faster than prediabetes at a Pepsi convention. 🚨 Final Truth Drop: Natural sugar is fuel. Processed sugar is bait. And if you can’t taste the difference, your taste buds are in witness protection. Welcome to the Truth Train. No brakes. No masks. No mercy. 🔁 Retweet if you’re done letting NPCs tell you soda is the same as milk 💬 Comment your favorite “health myth” that needs the flamethrower 📎 Bookmark so next time someone says “sugar is sugar,” you can slap ‘em with science and sarcasm

There is a huge difference between naturally occurring sugars like lactose in milk and free sugars, like added sugar in Fanta. WHO makes a clear distinction.

This video doesn't convey the point that 'sugar isn't bad'. It conveys the point that people are ignorant to the products that they consume.

The way our bodies metabolize food is incredibly complex. The absorption of sugar in a piece of fruit is mitigated by many things including fiber. It's not completely understood even now how it all works, but it's clear these two things are not even close to being the same.

Who paid you to run this campaign? Sugar is very bad to the body. The "real" foods you've highlighted have been modified scientifically for generations and they have much more sugar than they traditionally used to have. Another thing, the source of the sugar doesn't matter, the body doesn't know the difference between real food and processed sugar. Biochemistry shows that after processing, sugar ends up the same, regardless of the source. People who want to stay healthy need to reduce their intake of foods that pack sugar like honey, fruits, (carbs in general). All those nutrients can be gotten from other sources like meat and veges. Sugar itself has no nutritional value in the body. For energy, natural fats like butter, avocado, etc have more energy than sugar gives. Carbs can be taken once in a while but the consumption should be very low.

This is not true. Sugar from whole fruit will not spike your insulin levels like cereal or cola.

Profilbild von Luis Sarabia

First off, pretty sure he’s off on the sugar contents because soda and a cookie alone is stacked with sugar. 2nd, “sugar is still sugar” is a terrible assumption. Fiber alone can change the glycemic index which will have major differences in down stream effects. Not to mention the forms of which the sugar is processed. So much overlooked here.
