Suicide or Murder by the State?

Renjish, 38, raised his child alone for eight years after his wife left to work in Qatar. He later lost custody of his son he had brought up, and tragically died by suicide. His family alleges that his ex-wife, who was living in Qatar with another man, sent one-time-view videos of herself and her partner to Renjish, leaving him deeply distressed. They also allege that after his death, she initially refused to allow their child to attend his last rites. A parent's love should not be measured by gender. A father's grief matters too.

Men, please remember one thing, It does hurt a lot when someone you loved the most is taken away forcefully from you & you can do nothing about it. But please stay alive, don't shut out any chances to be with your children in the future. One day children will realise the truth.

Sad very sad ........whatever happens in life .....Don't give up ur precious life .....His wife will live happily with her new partner ,But you r gone why to punish urself for the wrong of others .....yes it's painful but you can get a new partner who is waiting for you ......

This is just heartbreaking. The legal system really needs to start prioritizing the actual stability of a child’s life instead of just following outdated defaults. Eight years of dedication shouldn't be disregarded like that.

This is a torture on child, why did court not took consent of child? The child was with his father so why should the court send him to live with a stranger friend of his mother. This is such a terrible decision, and such a law should be amended.

The child should know the story of his father and should do the same to his mother. The judges should be held accountable for Rajnish's death, not death but murder actually. Where was the mother when he was raising the child alone for 8 years? Incompetent judiciary has failed us.

This is the common justice served in india. victims always are the losers, while the culprits and murderers are saved. Hope the judiciary are not planning a noble prize for the loose woman and her lover.
