(attempting 🥹) claire de lune in 1 take i've been teaching myself piano with no prior music experience for ~6 months now.. this is only the 3rd song i learned. it's suuper challenging and a big step up from the last two... like there were some days i was straight up sobbing like a baby while practicing because i couldn't play how i wanted to lol.. i still have a long way to go but im sooo happy i stuck with it this far!! i hope to play more for you when i'm better 💙

Mental Health tip for today… “Throw a party in your heart!!!” One of the best things about opening up fully about my mental health battles has been the learning journey I’ve since gone on. Now, as a result, I have new tools to fight my depression and anxiety, new rituals to navigate through that gray I live in. This is pretty cool and I learned it from a monk in Thailand (literally) and I now use it every night of my life to change what nights look like for me. I used to go to sleep absolutely dreading those first 15 minutes I laid my head on my pillow because I didn’t know how to like or love myself and I was laying there with someone I felt didn’t deserve to be liked or loved. Now, I use this tip to end my night on a MUCHHHH better plane and as a result start my day a little better. Give it a listen and if it resonates with you give it a try. Q. thoughts on meeting again as teammate? 🐧 I played with Minhyeong for a long time, so meeting him again after such a long time feels familiar, a lil awkward, and a bit nostalgic as well. and now, we play tgt as national team rep, I hope we can cheer on each other. 😼 for me, it's been abt 6 months since last time we met. and we're also filming tgt this time, it feels like we've gone back to the old days. as for the national team rep, this is my 1st time being selected, while Sanghyeok hyeong is on his 3rd, so I think I'll learn a lot and he'll lead the way. My Latest AI short was made with Seedance 2.0 the model that has been firing up the internet over the past couple of days. I made this in two and half days and it's an original short that is based on HP Lovecraft's work which is now Public Domain (No Copyright infringement here!). If you are not into period romances then bare with it as it gets a more little action packed in the second half! The model is brilliant at both performance and action, you can now make convincing dialogue and action sequences for AI cinema. With this model we have now reached the stage where we can tell any story we want with AI, the tools are capable. This is only 720p at the moment but I suspect it will be upgraded to 1080p very soon. We stand at the threshold of having broadcast quality tools capable of creating anything we can imagine available to everyone, so lets do new an interesting things with it. Thank you to CapCut for whitelisting me and to Dreamina AI AI for giving me access as part of their CPP. Thanks for watching! 👀

Finally got our hands on Seedance 2.0 (through YouArt) and ran it head-to-head with Kling AI 3.0. Here’s what stood out: Seedance 2.0’s physics feel stronger right away. The movement just looks more natural and realistic, especially in bigger physical actions. It also handles continuity across multiple shots from a single prompt better than I expected, which makes scene building a lot easier. And on the audio side, the lip sync generally holds up better than Kling. But here’s the tradeoff: Both models struggle with fine details. Background faces and smaller elements still get a bit messy. Seedance currently outputs at 720p, while Kling 3.0 supports 1080p, so Kling has the edge in overall sharpness. Even with upscaling, Seedance doesn’t fully recover those tiny details. Oh that’s why he mentioned it during the live from March 3rd😕 🦊 From after No Labels Part 1 ended, through awards season up until now… it honestly has been pretty hard. I’ve kind of been struggling the whole time 🦊 How should I say this… I had burnout come and go a few times and these days I’ve had a lot of worries and a lot on my mind but my thoughts wouldn’t organize themselves, that’s why I’ve been talking with a lot of people and listening to them and while doing that, I’ve been sorting out my thoughts little by little. I’ve also been facing parts of myself that I used to avoid or couldn’t look at 🦊 While doing that, I feel like these days I’m recovering little by little in a healthier and cooler way and since I know that this kind of pain can also be meaningful, in a way it feels like a positive kind of pain so I think it’s okay 🦊 If I get the chance, I’d like to talk about it in more detail someday 🦊 Anyway, those are the thoughts I’ve had

Dear TTT, Hey old friend! How have you been? This is MarkMan from tekkennet or Tekken Zaibatsu! Remember Castel’s crazy combo videos with the sick music!? I met you when I was in the Summer of my junior year of high school, right before I became a senior. Crazy right? You’ll never believe it. I FINALLY went to Japan! Actually, I spend way too much time there now haha. I really have to thank you. If it wasn’t for you… I wouldn’t have traveled the world. I wouldn’t have met so many amazing friends. I wouldn’t have pursued a career in video games. It’s wild to think that we’ve known each other since 1999… you’ve been with me since I was 17. I’m 44 now and really happy we still get to see each other. Some of our friend group are no longer with us. Some passed away and some just moved on with life. It’s sad but I’ll never forget the memories we all shared. You’d be proud. The community has grown so much. I’m not as alone anymore and can talk about fighting games with more people than ever. seungkwan's full story about his knee condition.. take away his pain please :( 🍊 my knees gotten a little bad. it became a chronic condition. i have to be careful with running [now]. i once ran for a long time. the next day after that, i went up on a hill and [my knees] felt wobbly wobbly. i think that's when the knee pain really started.. since then, i've been receiving continuous treatment and rehabilitation little by little and it got better. while performing at concert, sometimes it hurts a bit and things like that, but it's not something very serious 🐱 still you have to take care of yourself consistently 🍊 i have to, since inevitably our job requires us to keep dancing 🎀 then isn't it bad when you go up stairs? 🍊 yea even going up, i think [while stepping was] 'this is bad'. so i pause halfway going up 🎀 try not to use stairs much now 🐱 but they say for the knee, going down is worse than going up. so take the elevator when going down instead. and when going up, use your back well and your gluteus medius (hip muscles) properly 🍊 right i do it that way so that fluid doesn't build up in my knees

Cole Palmer: Yeah, normally I'm not really an emotional person and stuff like that. People who know me know I'm not really too bothered about many things in life, but yeah, I was over the summer, I rested, I was recharged, I was riling him telling him come Chelsea. But yeah, now I'm ready and I'm hungry. Interviewer: How much of the influence of Alonso do you think we've seen so far tonight in that performance?
