The Park Ave./Pershing Square Viaduct is so unique that it feels decidedly un-New York in the best way. Architecturally, it's Paris or Vienna. Experientially, it's Chicago or LA

It was great except for the NYRR race on top of the summer streets route. That was…. Not a good idea.
