Good to see this level of communication from a club. Impressed with how Motherwell go about their business on & off the park. Disappointed that some of my fellow Celtic fans broke seats. Absolutely no defending that kinda moronic behaviour.

@Steffmcd80 Maybe - given the lead time on ordering a bespoke colour - we should order a heap of them to hold in reserve - and just backfill / bill whichever club causes the damage. Ultimately the stand will be in the exact same shape again next time Celtic / Rangers come to town.

the seats in the main stand are an absolute farce I've genuinely never been so uncomfortable at a football match in my life than with these new ones, there is simply no way they can stay the way they are now they are truly shocking

The new seats ARE an utter shambles. A poor long term and permanent decision has been made to accomodate three games. I’m sure the cash was rolling in for the Euro games but will money be lost due to fans choosing not to sit in them again. I certainly wouldn’t.

Load of rubbish St Mirren fans were in the upper tier during last season well before the last home game that you said the damage was fine So thats not the reason you aren't opening the bottom tier

Fans have been in the top tier for ages now We were initially told it’s broken seats but weirdly Celtic,Rangers and Hearts got to use them. They keep fans up the top cause they need no stewards to stop their ultras from approaching the away end. Also less influence on the game

So fine it's fine for Celtic to damage our stadium causing months of problems as long as they pay for it? Pathetic. He doesn't seem to realise that his job is to stop that happening. Not fit for the job

It's nonsense to keep squeezing fans into small sections of a mostly empty stand , especially when you've got kids mindlessly walloping drums for 2 hours.

Any other club in Scotland would have seen there allocation cut in half.

Good to see Celtic have agreed to pay for damaged seats . On the fines, think we need to work with the ultras to find a way forward that creates the atmosphere they generate but stops us getting fined. Like club organised fireworks or burners for big games. Thoughts?

Months to get them fixed remember the time they’d get the cast off seats from their big cousins

Love the updates.. feels a bit weird asking supporters and businesses to volunteer to help build the training ground . When it's on an existing bit of land and they have banked 15 million in player sales is my only thought 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Motherwell setting a good example yes, but where are the Scottish players ? Same with other clubs in league obviously but that aspect seems to be overlooked. We have good players out there , we need to find a way to play them. Are academies only set up to sell on ?

On the new seating. I heard directly from a board member that UEFA were fining us £30k per match for the original seating not closing the stand. Also the centenary seating wasn’t changed and was being used. Care to clarify?

Good interview, interesting updates and explanations about the seating "upgrades" and repair. Also noted the comments about fan behaviour costing the club, as yet I haven't see any comments by the @TheWellSociety, may be I missed it, or may be they're ignoring the situation.
