Summit of Mount Everest

The view from the summit of Mount Everest is breathtaking. The first successful ascent was made by Sir Edmund Hillary of New Zealand and Tenzing Norgay, a Sherpa of Nepal, on May 29, 1953.

Thank you to all the LOCAL PARKAS, who carried everyones bags and supplies all the way up without needing any oxigen bottles and make it possible for the white westeners to "take a photo of them conquering the Everest". What an achievement....For the Parkas!!
