@summit1g I'm particularly glad he specified Onyx. Too many 'high level' players get on social and complain about Halo and other players, but blanket their statements across the entire community. Good to see some specificity.

@summit1g He’s not wrong. Most of the time people have comms off by default. People on top ranks are hella toxic, and have crazy egos. So I’m not surprised that people turn the mics off.

@summit1g Deeper than I think ppl just not using a mic. 1.) Onyx has always been inflated 2.) Culturally halo is in a terrible spot and has some of the most toxic people left actually talking. 3.) There’s no place for casual competitive play. It’s either ARs or ranked.

@summit1g @summit1g I feel you brother. My advice is to grind with players that have the same mindset as you. You played with @EEli_X, @XLR8_LIVE and I'm sure @Perzecute or @Renegade_JW wouldn't mind playing with you aswell. The way they use com's is insane. Good luck brother!

@summit1g Never used to be like that back in Halo 2 and Halo 3, I think ranks just don't mean much anymore so people don't care People usually play ranked in Halo nowadays because the settings are better not because they want to climb the ladder Not to mention, HIDDEN MMR your real rank

@summit1g Sometimes I just get tired of teammates complaining and blaming their team the whole time. So I just want a more chill no comms game.
