Sumpthin ya Don't see often

I went to a sea turtle museum, this is why they don’t want 4 wheelers on the beach.

That’s cool. I have come close to seeing one but always just miss it. Where I go in FL I get out early and see the tracks and where they laid eggs. Turtle Patrol there marks the nest.

I was a lifeguard on Jekyll one summer. They had “turtle patrol” that would ride the beach each night and capture the eggs in order to take them to a facility that had nest boxes where they could hatch and avoid best predation before returning the hatchlings to the surf…cont’d
