Sun at his back, old boss watching 🔥 (via Fire Force Season 3)

Catalan dubs please.

这画风我爱了

sun at his back AND the old boss watching?? that's main-character lighting, the sun signed a contract ☀️🔥

The mentor watching from the sidelines is the most reused beat in shonen, and it still lands because the student has to outperform the memory, not the man. Does Fire Force actually subvert that, or just stage it prettier?

the hikeshi title card goes so hard when he says it like that

the way he yells it like a declaration not a warning is so hikeshi core honestly

Sun at his back and his old boss watching is the kind of framing that makes a fight feel earned. 🔥

Boss is from Dutch baas, master, which the AHD traces to an earlier meaning of uncle. It is an Americanism from 1640 to 1650.

I still can’t decide if this is my current favorite new gen anime or not 🤔

Bro really looks like the final boss here 🔥😭
