As a long time coach, admitted at a much lower level. I love this comment. In the pros one may get judged by 🏆 but In the end great coaching in a team sport is about getting a group of individuals to forget about themselves in favor of the collective & become their best self.

Shanahan is an excellent coach but this is way over the top. About 3 teams in the league play defense, and none of those teams have 1 of the greatest RBs of all time who had an MVP season, an all time TE and LT. He's done a great job, but very hyperbolic
