The Prophet ﷺ did this for his grandson, Hasan ibn Ali (RA): “The Prophet ﷺ gave the Adhan in the ear of Al-Hasan bin Ali when Fatimah gave birth to him.” — (Sunan Abu Dawood, 5105 – Hasan)

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Rafi (Radiallahu Anhu) that the Prophet (SAW) called out the Azaan in the ear of his grandson Hasan Bin Ali (RA) when Sayyidah Faatimah (RA) gave birth to him.This Hadith is authentic (Saheeh). (Abu Dawood 5105, Tirmizi 1514)
