The birds eat parasites so perhaps the cow was encouraging it?

I find it interesting and amusing too. I love the facial expressions. 🐦⬛💖🐄🐄

That’s it! The facial expressions are priceless. 🐦⬛💞🐄🐄

Looks like a cowbird They eat ticks and other parasites off the cows (deer as well) I believe their numbers were in decline in past years but they are making a big comeback Very beneficial!

This is called symbiosis. One species benefiting another, while gaining sustenance in the process. The interesting part to me was the cow attempting to direct the bird to the problem area by tilting it's head. It indicates an understanding that the bird will move if it moves it's head in a certain way.

Meanwhile, in Canada... 😁

Someone needs to send this video to the Rockstar voiceover guy.

That's a symbiotic interaction: Cowbirds eat parasites off of cattle and cows get relief. ☺️

When you see how lovely-natured these animals actually are, it does make me feel a little guilty, I can’t lie.

I think that's a brown-headed cowbird. The cow probably wants the bird to eat bugs that are buzzing around.

The cow probably understands that the bird will eat bugs

I can hear Randy Newman singing, "you've got a friend in me"🥰

That’s an awesome suggestion! 🥹

Bird says "Fuck you cow, I do what I want!"

Birds groom the bugs off of animals on fields friends first I guess!

Cows love birds picking ticks and other bugs off them.

The bird looks like a cowbird. No kidding.

Awww the cow wants the bird to clean her 😆

Birds eat insects off cows. Win win for both.

Ha ha! Going up to the horses’ field one morning I saw two magpies on my tetchiest* mare’s poll and neck, rummaging around in her forelock and mane, a nice display of mutual reciprocity. *I was amazed she allowed it. She never met a human or animal she didn’t try to bite.

That’s so cute! ☺️

Burd feeling is dino roots gonna take some steaks home to the kids.

He's lucky. Cows eat birds sometimes....

That cow was going to eat that bird. 100%

🧡

The bird was saying “leave me alone” and finally said “alright you take this” and climbed on the 🐄

The cow is like “well I guess this is life now” 😅

That bird may not be able to fly away. It could be a fledgling or it could be injured. 🙄

Hey @OzzyManReviews I bet you could do something with this one. 😆😆

That is so funny...like the bird does not really want to fly away, it wants to stand its ground. Or...perhaps the bird was a rodeo rider in a previous life.

cows would eat birds when they can

“Checkmate!” says the birdie.🤣 And the cows like, “Huh!” 🤔 I mean, it was kind of a genius move on the birds part- sit on the cows head- and now, he can no longer sniff/pester you.

This was the timeliness cleanse I needed today. ❤️

@AuntHanie It is very amusing! I love it.

It's a baby Starling, looks like it is just fumbling its way through early life - making friends - very cute.
