The stadium looks beautiful .. why can't China build one for us since they build this stadiums for free for some countries in Africa

Look at their stadium. It has electronic advertisement board all round the stadium. No stadium in Nigeria has this. What we use are prints on canopy material and nail them to planks all around the stadium. Giant of Africa..lol. These small Africa nations av really left us behind.
