They were glued together. After 30 years, all of the o-rings have deteriorated. They leak like crazy now…

I remember having a super-soaker that we pump to the highest pressure, and then unscrewed the tank so it became a rocket! Those were the days 🥲.

I had a couple of these. Just unscrew the reservoir, keep the suction thing under the water and everyone at the pool/pool side got hit without refilling the reservoir.

My god this brought back some happy memories.
