As excited as I am to try this on my personal system on codex, I couldn’t care about a new model showing up in copilot. Not only are you guys making piss poor software, you are taking the enthusiasm out of it.

You really should focus on enabling Copilot on GPT-5.6 to be able to edit Word docs natively and cooperatively. This would be a game changer. Currently, even ChatGPT 5.5 Pro Extended really struggles with editing uploaded Word documents. Of course the same kind of native capabilities should be extended to all Office products. No one needs chat in Office; we need integrated, cooperative, native-internal AI.

I used to believe in these releases too. Then I wasted a ton of time and money to realize: 90% of “agentic” capabilities is just marketing. Microsoft’s real Work IQ = the ability to beautifully report on what the model can’t do. Who else is tired of this circus?
