I think you are faking it with those prefires (4ms and 28ms) 2 times you got 155ms, so I'll call that's your real reaction time with Superstrike. Let's say you didn't faking it with normal mouse: 199ms - 155ms = 44ms improvement with Superstrike. But cause you were faking it with Superstrike test, and several other reviewers reported improvement, I'll say that Superstrike gave you max 20ms reduction, which is not bad.
