That happened with my dog! She was tied to an animal shelter fence in the middle of the night. She was chipped, owner was contacted, they didn't want her. Worst part? Since she hadn't been officially surrendered, I had to wait 10 days to adopt in case the owner returned.

this nasty broad.

May she get the day she deserves with the same level of compassion.

Some of my latest rescues ❤️🙏🏻

My current foster dog. We call him puppy (so we don’t get so attached that we foster fail, and it’s easier for forever family to transition to a new name) We love giving pups a loving home while they wait for adoption. The phoenix remix rescue is where you can apply for him

I feel horrible for the poor dog. I have two Chihuahuas who are a challenge at times. I would never consider rehoming them. They're my fur babies.
I have (and do) volunteer and work at shelters in the Netherlands. All shelters here are so-called "no kill" shelters. But the stories people make up to be able to surrender their animals without cost is shocking. And I've adopted 2 of them (cats).

I have 6 cats, all rescues. I’ve fostered, TNR’d, fed and cared for about 30 cats. I get red haze furious when I see abandoned animals. Animals are a gift. These crapeauds have failed the test.

Sick my azz. That dog looks like a puppy so she probably hasn’t had it long and couldn’t handle actually training it.
