Vijay has managed number game, but has he walked into a Trap laid by DMK? His smaller partners are all DMK allies & we never know they might pull TVK down at any moment. Allegedly, many DMK leaders face serious cases of Corruption & if FIR is lodged, investigation may reach doorsteps of Stalin also. Isn't it possible that he might have sent those smaller parties to Vijay so that he can pull strings in such case? Next question- for how long Vijay can run this Govt? Is it a stable Govt that can survive for 5 yrs? Especially when greedy hungry parasite like CONgress is in the alliance? Also when Mad Leftists are in the alliance. They are known to poke their nose into everything that they don't understand & keep threatening of pulling out support. Even Manmohan Singh had experienced that during UPA era. How will Vijay manage these mad people? Also. Who is going to be Dy CM? HM? Finance or Revenue Minister? Every power greedy creature will try to grab pie of power. Tough job ahead for Vijay. And... Biggest problem for Vijay is going to be damage control to his image. People in Tamil Nadu had voted for him with a hope of change. They thought he is different from regular politicians & looked up to him as a Saviour. He contested entire election blaming DMK & it's alliance for its misgovernance, alleged corruption & failures. And now he sitting with same partners (CONgress, Leftists etc) to stay in power.... His image has taken a big hit! Only way for him to earn back lost goodwill is only by DELIVERING A CLEAN & EFFICIENT GOVERNENCE! But will he be able to do that with these bunch of jokers? Let's wait to get answers. Time will tell. Meantime, let's wish best luck to .Vijay . Hope he takes Tamil Nadu to greater heights.

The above values are posted at the reception to the DSI Ishmael Chigaba’s office in Masvingo. Notable and always violated are transparency, accountability and respect. One of Chigaba’s teachers, David Masomere is a Physical Education and Mass Displays teacher at Ndarama High School. He remains on full Government salary but has not been teaching for almost two years now doing Zanu PF work. When asked about his absence, he drops Minister of State Ezra Chadzamira and President Mnangagwa’s names making himself untouchable. His pupils have no teacher. His behaviour has demoralised other teachers at what used to be one of the top three secondary schools in the province to the extent that they all now play truancy. His logbook is logged in every time but no one explains how this is happening when he is rarely seen at the school. Parents protested but gave up after Zanu PF-hired youth dismantled a properly elected SDC committee. Chigaba who was at a workshop said he cannot comment on the issue and referred questions to PED Shylatte Mhike who doesn’t open up to the media. If all teachers are going to behave this way, which most now do, then Mnangagwa’s Vision 2030 is a huge illusion. Mark this Zimbabwe will be many years back by that time. Yesterday, Masomere who now drives a vehicle inscribed VVIP was a master of ceremony at Zanu PF function during school hours. 🇿🇼 ZANU PF PATRIOTS 🇿🇼 ZANU PF Youth League Ministry of P&S EdZW President of Zimbabwe Hopewell Chin’ono nelson chamisa Zimbabwe Republic Police Nick Mangwana Ministry of Information, Publicity & Broadcasting Murra Masvingo Masvingo Celebs sir_wicknell. The founder of 1X said something during this humanoid robot factory tour that genuinely shocked me to my core: “I think over the next decade, the entire substrate of society will change.” Then, he added: “When you get your Neo, it’ll be able to attempt almost anything. You could say: ‘Hey Neo, can you go upstairs and make me a coffee?’” That’s when the video stopped feeling like a tech demo. This company is building humanoid robots designed for consumer homes. And the craziest part? He thinks this will become “useful”l for average consumers by 2027. Not 2040. The whole video feels like watching the first iPhone demo. Especially when he explains the “world model”: “It’s trained on how the world works in a dynamical sense.” Meaning the robot doesn’t just memorize tasks. It learns reality itself. At one point, he says: “Sometimes it will succeed, and sometimes it will fail. But that, of course, is how you learn.” That line stayed with me. Because every mistake becomes training data. Every house becomes a classroom. Every robot makes the next robot smarter. The video gets even crazier when they walk through the 58,000-square-foot space. A factory that builds everything in-house. One line from the founder explains why this matters: “How quickly can you learn and iterate and make this better and better… that is what is going to define the next decade.” Not gonna lie. This is one of the few AI videos that genuinely made me feel like the future has already arrived quietly while everyone was distracted arguing about chatbots...

Marc Andreessen went on Chris Williamson's podcast and broke down exactly how Elon Musk runs multiple companies at once No other CEO on Earth does this: 1. Every week, Musk shows up at each of his companies, identifies the single biggest problem that company is having that week, and fixes it. Then he does that for 52 weeks in a row. At the end of the year, each company has solved its 52 biggest problems. Meanwhile, most large companies are still having the planning meeting for the pre-planning meeting for the board presentation with the compliance review and the legal review attached. 2. This is not a new operating method. It is actually how the great industrialists of the late 1800s and early 1900s ran their companies. Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Watson, who built IBM. Total devotion from the leader to fully and deeply understand what the company does, be in the trenches, talk directly to the people doing the work, and be the lead problem solver in the organization. Andreessen says he is not aware of another current CEO who operates this way. 3. The framework Musk uses is the bottleneck. In any manufacturing chain, there is always one thing holding everything up. Sometimes it is raw materials at the start. Sometimes it is warehousing at the end. Sometimes it is in the middle. The job is to find it and remove it. Musk has universalized this concept across every company he runs. In any given week, there is one main bottleneck. He micromanages the solution to that one thing and delegates almost everything else. 4. Musk delegates almost everything. Andreessen is clear about this. He is not involved in most of what his companies are doing. He is involved in the one thing that is the biggest problem right now. Once that is fixed, he moves to the next biggest problem. Everything else by definition, is running better than the bottleneck, so it does not need him. 5. When Musk identifies the bottleneck, he goes directly to the engineer who actually understands it. not the VP of engineering, not the director, not the manager. The individual contributor who has the actual technical knowledge. He sits in the room with that person and fixes the problem alongside them. He does not ask for a report to be reviewed in three weeks. he shows up at the keyboard or on the manufacturing line and works through it overnight if necessary. 6. This is why technical people who work for Musk say it was the best experience of their lives. Andreessen's framing: if you are stuck on a problem you cannot solve, Elon Musk is going to show up in his Gulfstream, sit with you in front of the keyboard, and help you figure it out. For an engineer who genuinely cares about the work, that is an almost incomprehensible level of support from the CEO of the company. 7. Business school teaches the opposite of this: management as a generic skill applicable to any industry. Soup company or a rocket company, the management principles are the same. process, balance sheet, meeting schedules, compliance, executive motivation, interpersonal conflict resolution. Andreessen says those skills are useful in many contexts. They just give you nothing; you need to do what Musk does. And Musk pushes as far as he can away from all of that so he can spend all of his time doing the things only he can do.

SpaceX has officially acquired xAI and this is a HUGE deal, probably bigger than most people realize. SpaceX + xAI together are about to build a single, vertically integrated engine that connects AI, rockets, space based internet, and real time information all into one unified system. At the core of this announcement is the fact that AI can’t scale forever on Earth. Think about it. Data centers are already running into hard limits with power, cooling, land, and environmental cost. On top of this, global AI electricity demand is exploding, and doing all of this on the ground just doesn’t scale long term. Therefore Space changes this. In orbit, you can get things like near-constant solar power, you don’t have cooling problems, there’s minimal land/environmental impact, and you can build systems that can run continuously with minimal maintenance. This is why space-based AI is actually very practical and there’s only one company that can do it, which is SpaceX! The scale that SpaceX is aiming for is pretty wild. Elon is talking about 1/ 1 million satellites acting as orbital data centers, and 2/ Launching ~1 million tons of satellites per year Which means 3/ At 100 kW per ton, that’s 100 gigawatts of AI compute every year 4/ And that can scale to 1 terawatt per year. FYI, adding 100 GW of new compute capacity annually in space would be like building out roughly 20-25% of the USA’s total average electricity demand every single year. And scaling to 1 TW/year would exceed the nation’s entire power usage, ALL without burdening Earth’s grids! Bro… this is next level… I repeat, as of today, SpaceX is the ONLY company positioned to do this, especially with Starship - the largest flying vehicle ever. In the future, Elon’s saying the team is going to have Starship launch 200 tons at a time, on an HOURLY basis… WTF?! That’s is absolutely mind boggling. In my opinion, whichever company builds the lowest cost AI compute is going to be the first company that defines the next era of AI, which will all be in space… and my $ is that SpaceX is going to be the first one to do it. Then, when you zoom out even further, this will unlock things most people aren’t even thinking about yet today bc it’s too sci-fi. Like, • Powering lunar bases • In-space propellant transfer • Manufacturing in orbit and on the Moon • Deep-space AI infrastructure using massive solar collectors • Self-growing civilizations on the Moon, Mars, and beyond By tapping into space’s unlimited solar energy, this is how we get to a Kardashev-level civilization! So for SpaceX, the faster Starship progresses, there will be massive new revenue streams and will lead in building out space-based AI infrastructures. For xAI, AI scales without ruining Earth, deeply integrated with everything SpaceX is building, further understanding the universe. For us humans, AI will grow without destroying the planet, and there’s a real path to becoming multi-planetary. I believe SpaceX acquiring xAI is officially the blueprint for where AI, energy, and humanity are headed. Congratulations to everyone, this is such an exciting time to be alive!

Tucker’s latest rant is a textbook example of scapegoating. He asks why we “talk about Israel” instead of why kids can’t afford homes — as if Jewish people or support for Israel somehow caused America’s housing crisis. That’s not analysis. That’s an old dog whistle dressed up as populism. The facts are simple: •We’ve supported Israel for 70+ years without a housing crisis. •What did change? Washington printed $6 trillion during COVID, the Fed whiplashed rates, and Wall Street investors bought up neighborhoods while millions of new arrivals added pressure to already short housing supply. •Result: The top 1% gained over $2 trillion in wealth, while wages for ordinary Americans fell behind inflation. And if Tucker really wants to talk about billionaires, let’s be honest: Bill Ackman made his money the old-fashioned way — through hedge-fund bets at Pershing Square. Agree with him or not, it’s transparent. Meanwhile, Tucker’s own startup was bankrolled by 1789 Capital, a fund that openly courts foreign sovereign wealth but doesn’t disclose its limited partners. He’s quick to question how Jews make money but never mentions where his money came from. This isn’t just wrongheaded, it’s dishonest. It deliberately divides people who are finally uniting around common-sense policies like sound money, secure borders, and affordable housing. And by pushing the idea that “everything is awful because of the Jews,” Tucker makes Trump look no different from Biden, a textbook psy-op designed to fracture the very coalition that could fix these problems by demoralizing everyone.

Bangaly Kaba (Bangaly Kaba) was head of growth at Instagram, an early growth PM at Facebook, VP of Product at Instacart, and is currently Director of Product at YouTube overseeing a global team working on creator monetization. Bangaly is on multiple boards, has been a growth advisor to dozens of consumer companies, (including Twitter), and rarely talks publicly. In our conversation, Bangaly shares: 🔸 A framework for choosing where to work and what to work on 🔸 Why you need time for “understand work” 🔸 The “adjacent users” theory 🔸 Advice for coaching product managers 🔸 Invaluable lessons and wild stories from his time at Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube 🔸 Much more Listen now 👇 - YouTube: - Spotify: - Apple: Some key takeaways: 1. To advance your career, focus on creating impact: impact = skills x environment. a. Environment is everything that enables you to do great work that is outside of your direct control, including: manager, resources, team, scope, compensation, and culture. b. Skills are things that are within your direct control that enable your success: communication (the most impactful), influence/leadership, strategic thinking, and execution. 2. Understanding “adjacent users” can be a key to unlocking new stages of growth. Adjacent users are the next segment of people who can benefit from your product and are showing interest but are not quite converting and retaining how you’d hope. You can identify these users by looking for cohorts showing signals that your product is almost a fit (e.g. signing up) but not quite working (e.g. churning at high rates). For example, at one point, Instacart’s core user base may have been office admins ordering food for their staff, but the adjacent user was a mom of four ordering groceries. The mom of four has very different needs, so it would be important for Instacart to build for those in order to grow into the new segment. 3. Bangaly says to view product management as analogous to coaching a sports team. Just like in sports, not everyone needs to be a star player, but everyone plays a crucial role in achieving success. Similarly, the success of individual team members reflects back on the leader. Investing time and effort into coaching and developing team members not only benefits them but also enhances the leader’s effectiveness in their role. 4. Before executing on a product idea, do “understand work” to truly understand pain points, alternatives, and, ultimately, the best opportunities. Too often, teams have an idea, find some data to justify it, and then start executing. And too often, this leads to failed experiments. Instead, invest time up front in understanding what is happening through things like data instrumentation, data analysis, or talking to users. This translates to “going slow to go fast” because the up-front investment will turn into much higher experiment win rates, especially as lessons compound over time. 5. Use the “Managing Complex Change” framework to diagnose and solve barriers to change in a given team or area. The framework lays out five things a team needs in order to change: a. Vision b. Skills c. Incentives d. Resources e. Action plan If you are missing any one of these, you get a different style of negative outcome, instead of the change you want. For example, having everything except vision causes confusion, and having everything except the right incentives causes resistance. Since these negative outcomes can be felt and observed in the team, you can work backward from them to their cause. Once you know the precise cause, you can solve it to unlock change.
