The last thing that India needs is a Bullet Train. This is money that could have been used to improve signalling, track maintenance & more trains especially for the poor. This Bullet Train will be rendered useless as no one will travel & it should have been from Delhi to Mumbai if at all it was being built. The maximum traffic in the country is from Mumbai-Delhi but Modi's misplaced priorities have messed up the country.

@dronemanYT Getting the roof and lattice up while the rails inside are still open is how I'd sequence it. Japanese-spec slab track is set to millimeter alignment, so the roof keeps weather off that work. The surveyed structural deck has to be finished before that roof goes on.
