win may try to block it, because of the dll used to add the settings & code to PaperBoat.

i feel like the faster movement and changes to the battle system like increasing xp and granting more i-frames doesn't particularly make the game "better" by any means, its just easier. the name for this mod seems kind of egotistical imo

I'm not sure I can explain it properly but I just get bored a lot faster for this game then ttyd or other PM games. Furthest I've ever gotten is toybox.

Windows or your antivirus is probably blocking it. It’s an unsigned dll (similar to how it blocks unsigned exes). You have to allow it.
