🤔 “Surely Ramsdale has a bit more responsibility around a moment like that?” 🤦‍♂️ “Arsenal won at Tottenham, and he turns around and kisses the shirt!” Jim White questions if Aaron Ramsdale shares some of the blame for stoking the fire after #AFC’s win over #THFC.

Horrendous take, this. A player taking stick all game and literally does the bare minimum in terms of celebration in return, come on! We constantly demand “more personality” from players & when one like Aaron shows some, you blame him for being provocative. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Players aren't supposed to celebrate Derby Day wins now.

God forbid a football player kiss the shirt of the club he’s playing for

As a spurs fan I have no issue with it. Probably getting abuse the whole game so at the end he gave a bit back. If we give it we have to take it. Remember years ago Ian Wright doing it to us after scoring but it's part and parcel.

Jim White, you are a disgrace. What a ridiculous take on this incident. Wouldn't expect anything else from you though to be fair. Par for the course.

Always had a lot of respect for you @JimWhite But you are way off the mark here. If you understood the relationship that Ramsdale has forged with all away fans then you wouldnt be making such a statement. You have let down your usual excellent journalistic credentials. #Shame

Oh for crying out loud, no. No he does not. The fans behind the goal were giving it to him throughout the game. He was giving a bit back. That's fine. That's a big part of what modern football is. Ramsdale has done nothing wrong here.

This is a very dangerous precedent to set. Ramsdale was assaulted twice. Once by a player and then by a fan. Yet this is the narrative you choose to take? Disgusting

Oh shut up, seriously? There is no excuse for kicking a player. If you wanna play this game, go look at richarlison running over and putting his hands on Ramsdale’s face twice, lucky not to get a red for that.
