NEW: Who's trying to ban American data centers? Joe Lonsdale calls them the "BBC: Bernie, Bannon, and the CCP." The horseshoe is real. 👇 LIZ CLAMAN: Where do you stand on this [open source vs closed debate], Joe? JOE LONSDALE: Well, first of all, I think we should all agree we want America to win economically. We want to dominate in AI. And the only way we're going to do that is by first unleashing energy, reforming permitting, and standing up to the crazy populists I call the "BBC" — that's Bernie, Bannon, and the CCP. All those people want to ban data centers. They want America to lose. So we have to make sure the BBC radicals lose — and I think we're all on that side. CLAMAN: This is where I look a little bit deeper — that's our job. Is it really about AI safety and letting America win, or is it about market share? Alex Karp talks a lot about how he really feels there should be regulation — he's still very much hawkish on China — and yet he says we've got to let open-weight models, including the ones from China, be utilized. And then you begin to wonder: what's the concern here? Anthropic is the leader in enterprise AI — is it because he feels too many people have to pay for Anthropic's good-quality Claude? LONSDALE: Well, there are two different debates. First of all: should we be building data centers? Should America have cheap energy? Should we win in AI? I think the answer is yes — I think all those people would agree. The debate you're flagging is between them. Obviously there are conflicts of interest. If you own Nvidia, you want free, open software on top of the chips, as cheap as possible — people just buy more chips. In Palantir's case there's a strong incentive for people to control all their own data, and Alex makes very good arguments why some people would want to use open models with them. And listen — I think the closed platforms we have, which are innovating the fastest and have huge ecosystems around them, are very good for America. I don't think we should let them do regulatory capture. But Liz, there's another point Dario makes that I do agree with: these Chinese open models — they're dangerous. And we have data; we've shown this consistently. If this Chinese model, if it sees that you're working for the U.S. government, it actually makes your code more vulnerable. We've seen this many times. Just as I was against China being able to use TikTok to program socialism or whatever else into our young people, I also don't want China's AI going into our companies, able to program in vulnerabilities or other secret things. So I do think we have to be very careful about the Chinese models.

😡 Jenas ANGRILY HITS OUT At GMB Hosts: Throws Tantrum Over Ranvir’s Tough Questions & Plays Victim Again 🤔 Jermaine Jenas is back moaning about his Good Morning Britain interview, claiming it was a big bad trap and an ambush he never saw coming. The ex-Match of the Day star, still licking his wounds from the 2024 sexting scandal that cost him his BBC gigs, took to social media to play the victim card once more: “There’s obviously a level of disappointment… It felt like they had an agenda. It felt like there was a thirst for blood from one presenter in particular… It just felt unnecessary to me.” He goes on to complain that producers promised to focus on his “rebuilding” journey, but it all went wrong: “They invited me on. I didn’t ask to go on the show… It just felt like a trap. It just felt like one individual had an agenda and she was going to twist the knife because she wanted to.” Yeah, because no one could possibly have predicted that going on GMB with Kate Garraway and Ranvir Singh would involve tough questions about the scandal that got you sacked. Come on Jermaine. You’re not stupid. You knew exactly how this was going to go, and you’re clearly referring to Ranvir when talking about the “agenda”, “thirst for blood” and “twisting the knife”. Why not just say her name? Just be honest for once. We all know who you’re talking about. Instead of owning it, he’s back to the same “poor me, everyone’s out to get me” routine he pulled during the interview itself. You lost your jobs and damaged your family because of your own actions, Jenas. Time to stop the endless whining and actually move on, or at least stop agreeing to interviews if you can’t handle the heat.

I can't believe I'm having to do this but Josh Ferne of the Lotus Eaters just cannot shut the F- Up Just to be clear about what actually happened. I copied a SCREENSHOT Josh took of a BBC article... YES A SCREENSHOT, you can see it below, it's the one with stormzy in He whinged about it on X in public as 'stolen content' A SCREENSHOT IS STOLEN CONTENT NOW APPARENTLY 🤣🤣 I laughed about it in his comment section because it's RIDICULOUS that anyone would claim a screenshot of a BBC article as theirs but I deleted my post and put a new one up with my own screenshot to keep him happy He DM'd be about it giving me a lecture, to keep the peace I apologised for upsetting him and he apologised as well for doing this in public instead of in private and agreed to put it behind us. He then went on the lotus eaters and did a segment slagging me off for this stolen screenshot 🤦 So I asked him what his problem was considering he said he wanted to put this behind us He gave me another lecture on how to run my x account So i told him to go f**k himself and blocked him And now he's whinging again JOSH... YOU DON'T OWN SCREENSHOTS We have actual problems in this country and I absolutely support the Lotus Eaters and what you guys do but this is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC By the way, for those who are still reading My tweets feature on the Lotus Eaters all the time IN FACT.. HERE'S A SCREENSHOT OF YOU TALKING ABOUT MY TWEETS ON YOUR SHOW Do I whinge about it? Of course not. I'm more than happy for them to use it, we're all on the same team, we're all on the same side. Good luck to you. But this is honestly pathetic, you said lets put this behind us and you just can't. You're a whiny little b*tch Josh So I repeat... GO F**K YOURSELF Josh Ferme

There's been an important shift in power that The Matrix refuses to acknowledge. They can't fully censor information anymore. Main Stream Media organizations abused their place and power, They lied one too many times. They did one too many cover-ups. Where was the BBC's outrage when Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris were grooming, raping and molesting young girls for decades? Where was THE TRUTH SEEKING when it went against their interests? The BBC and MSM are not after the truth, and they lost the faith of the people and haven't even realized it yet. The BBC tried to attack Elon the same way they came for me just one hour ago. They attack you with an "honest" journalist. They talk about all the good fair questions they will ask you, they tell you they have no agenda, they tell you they're after the truth. They lie to you. They aren't after the truth and justice. They even said they’ll show me the questions in advance (something I didn’t ask for) and sent through a page of vanilla simple easy questions. Then, Once they've turned the camera on, They do their very best to purport their false reality. They attempt to shove words down your throat and share some horrific worldview as if it was your own. Their secret weapon USED to be editing. They would grab a one-hour interview and air the bits and pieces that support THEIR objective. BUT. This tactic doesn't work anymore. And they still haven't realized, they cannot hide the truth any longer. The general populous has woken up. Interviewees can upload the interviews UNCENSORED, IN FULL on freedom of speech platforms like Rumble. The truth cannot be distorted. The failed attacks cannot be edited out to disguise the agendas. This is a new world. The truth is winning.

On May 8th, 2006, the BBC delivered one of the most memorable moments in live television history. A man named Guy Goma walked into BBC Television Centre that morning expecting a job interview for an IT position. Instead, he ended up live on BBC News 24, being introduced to millions of viewers as a technology expert. The story unfolded because of a legal battle that had finally reached a verdict. The interviewer set the scene: "That ongoing round between Apple Computer, the company behind the iPod, and Apple Corps, the Beatles' record label, has just been resolved. It all centered on the Apple logo, which both companies use. Now the businesses reached a deal in 1991 whereby Apple Computer was allowed to use the trademark as long as it didn't enter the music business, but then it launched iTunes, the online music store, which is when the row started." The judge had just ruled in favour of Apple Corps, the Beatles' record label. The BBC needed an expert on air, fast. They had booked Guy Kewney, editor of the technology website News Wireless, to comment on the verdict. But somewhere between reception and the studio, wires got crossed. A producer collected the wrong Guy. The interviewer turned to camera and introduced her guest: "Guy Cuny is the editor of the technology website News Wireless. Hello, good morning to you." What followed has become legendary. The moment Guy Goma realised he was live on television rather than sitting in a job interview was captured on his face for the world to see. When asked if he was surprised by the verdict, his response was unintentionally honest: "I'm very surprised to see this verdict to come on me because I was not expecting that. When I came, they told me something else and I'm coming… you got an idea of your life, so it's really a big surprise anyway." The interviewer, either missing the cue or committed to pressing on, took his answer at face value and continued with her next question about whether more people would now be downloading music online. What makes the moment remarkable is that Goma did not freeze or run. He answered. He gave it everything he had: "Actually, if you can go everywhere you're gonna see a lot of people downloading to the internet and their website, everything they want. But I think is much better for the development and to improve people what they want and to get on the easy way and so fast everything they're looking for." The interviewer pressed on with one more question about the music industry moving online. Goma kept going: "You can go everywhere on the cyber cafe and you can check, you can go easy. It's going to be very easy way for everyone to get something to venture on it." Then the interviewer thanked him and cut away to a correspondent at the court. The clip became one of the earliest viral videos of the YouTube era. Guy Goma never got the IT job, but his accidental 90 seconds on air made him more famous than the expert the BBC actually meant to interview, and in 2026, he co-authored a book about it.

This is such a difficult watch ☹️ Amanda Abbington, "I have a 30 page report.. Nearly half of the allegations were upheld" "What's being said in the tabloids is just not true.. There were five breaches of the code of conduct within the organisation" Victoria Derbyshire, "What have the last 12 months been like for you since you left last year's Strictly?" AA, "One of the worst years of my life... Unpleasant.. Turbulent.. Relentless time in my life.. Because I alerted people of bad behaviour" VD, "In terms of the complaints against Giovanni Pernice that were upheld, what happened in rehearsals?" AA, "Verbally abused.. Sexual innuendos.. Sexual gestures.. A 35 min rant at me calling me names.. This went on for 7 hours a day for 7 weeks.. I was called mad.. Unstable" VD, "How did you respond?" AA, "I'm open to criticism.. I've worked 32 years as an actress and I've never had to leave a job or experience anything like I experienced in that rehearsal room.. I not only did it for myself but for the contestants partnered with his previously.. I wasn't the only person that complained" "When you're constantly told that you're not good enough and you're going to make a fool of yourself.. I don't respond well to that sort of teaching" VD, "Papers reported there was a crotch incident" AA, "There were two allegations of inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature and they were upheld.. One was physical.. One was verbal" "When I got a dance step right, he would outline an erection in his trousers and tell me my dance move made that happen" "They weren't isolated one off incidents.. Over a period of 7 weeks" VD, "How did you react to that?" AA, "Because you were in a bubble.. I was either being called names.. Or worked without a break.. When you're in that bubble for 7 hours a day you lose all sense of reality.. I kind of just looked and sort of went, ok.. Only when I got home did I realise.. You lose all sense of reality" "In hindsight, you walk out and you don't look back" VD, "When did you first tell someone at BBC and how did they respond?" AA, "I told producers after 3 or 4 days of being in the rehearsal room.. They said sorry and said they would monitor the situation.. This wasn't an isolated incident, I know that it happened before to other contestants" VD, "You met up with other previous dance partners" AA, "Yes.. We all found each other.. I was put in touch with a few of them through mutual friends.. We just wanted to make sure we weren't on our own thinking this just happened to us.. All of us.. Have said the same thing.. It wasn't pleasant.. It wasn't isolated.. It happened to all of us" VD, "When you first met" AA, "We all cried, we burst into tears.. It was managing the room and our own mental health and emotional well being" VD, "Sarah Vine wrote: women like AA are part of the reason other women who find themselves in worse situations dont get taken seriously. What do you say to that?" AA, "I'm always shocked when women throw other women under the bus for standing up for what they think is wrong" "So many other women have thanked me for giving them the strength to speak up in similar situations" VD, "Strictly is a family show.. Some of the things do not appear to be very wholesome" AA, "I loved Strictly.. I never wanted to cause trouble.. All I did was experience something in a workplace environment.. And I didn't want anybody else to go through what I had gone through, and what people went through in the past before me" VD, "How do you feel you have been treated by the BBC throughout this process?" AA, "It's still ongoing.. There are things in the 30 page report that are unresolved.. I'm taking guidance from my lawyer who has been so amazing" VD, "BBC says it takes allegations seriously.. We want thank AA for coming forward as its not an easy thing to do.. Do you feel the BBC were as concerned for your well being as they were for the program?" AA, "I think they tried.. But I wouldn't be sitting here if they tried harder.. I got an apology.. And a lot of the allegations were upheld.. Everybody has to be looked after so things like this don' t happen" VD, "You talk about rape and death threats" AA, "Over the last eight months, hundreds.. I had a credible death threat.. The police had to be called.. A bomb threat to my place of work.. Death threats to me, my family.. Rape threats to my 15 year old daughter" "I've got screenshots that I've sent to the Met police" VD, "Did you do the right thing speaking up?" AA, "Oh My God, yea.. All I did was ask the BBC to address inappropriate bad behaviour"

£10 BILLION WASTED ON PPE AND NOBODY IS TO BLAME UK government just got the results of its Covid inquiry. The number is huge. Out of £14.9 billion spent on protective gear like masks and gowns, almost £10 billion of it was wasted. That means for every £3 spent, £2 went down the drain. The inquiry boss, Baroness Heather Hallett, looked into something called the VIP lane. This was a fast track system. If your company had a friend in government, you got pushed to the front of the line for contracts. Everyone else had to wait like normal. £4.2 billion of public money went through this fast track. The biggest name in this story is PPE Medpro. That company is linked to former Conservative peer Michelle Mone Lady Michelle Mone. She messaged government minister Michael Gove Michael Gove back in May 2020. Her company then got £203 million in contracts. Police are still investigating this deal, so some details are being kept back until that investigation finishes. Here is the strange part. Hallett said she found no proof of corruption in the final decisions ministers made. She just found a system that happened to favor people who knew the right person. You can decide for yourself what that means. Boris Johnson Boris Johnson responded by saying he had not even read the report. Then he said the government's Covid response was outstanding anyway. Matt Hancock Matt Hancock and other former ministers still defend the VIP lane. They say it helped them find good suppliers fast. Lord Theodore Agnew, who was a minister at the time, told the inquiry it was nonsense to say the lane was designed to make rich people richer. While all this was happening, doctors and nurses did not have enough proper protection. A group called Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice UK speaks for about 7000 people who lost family members. They believe their loved ones died partly because staff did not have the equipment to keep everyone safe. Hallett gave the government 11 ideas to fix this for next time. Better planning. Better stockpiles. Better rules for buying supplies in an emergency. All good ideas. All things that should have been obvious from the start. £10 billion gone. No one blamed. Just a system that happened to help people with the right contacts. Same old story. Sources The Guardian BBC News (UK) Sky News others

Let’s Review Minnie Ntuli ‘Unfiltered. Unscripted. Unreunion.’ Official Statement. To be honest: Minnie Ntuli choosing to not attend the reunion is okay if thats what she thinks, but how you go about dealing with the mess, sharing your story & being ‘vulnerable’ is so important. This is why PR is so important & dealing with a situation is so key. Let’s talk on the set up of the whole episode - immediately, you can see that the goal that its more about her than sharing & being real. 1. She should have gotten a host - we know & who won’t align the questions towards her but be real & raw especially because it ought to be ‘Unfiltered’. Perhaps ask Lungelo from ‘Engineer Your Life’ for a special episode. Infact, get my good friend Mbuyiselo to interview her. Even me, I would have done a great job. The whole hiding the interviewer & the cam just being on her gave a very weird feel. 2. The subtle gaslighting or not fully accounting on her parts & speaking about the events from beginning to end is so like ‘Why we here?’ I do believe that perhaps after she watched; she felt bad but I don’t feel like she is being fully honest & always subtle blaming edits. And the host is not being real & already on her side. The truth is Minnie was intimidated by Londie cause they both have strong personalities, & have that ‘Mean Girl Energy’. This was the beginning of the rage. Minnie likes ‘being deep’; Londie knows her power. Minnie successfully used that energy on Precious & pushed Precious to the side. It didn’t work on Londie cause besides her being often sometimes a bully, Londie has presence; an undeniable Aura, you can’t ignore. Minnie couldn’t handle that If Minnie standpoint is ‘I am here to apologize, I have reflected, etc - she should have gone to the reunion & said all of this on the reunion. The moment she does reads the apologise to Londie, it’s seems genuine & emotional - I wish she went to reunion & looked at Londie & said all that to her. Minnie’s host is such a Minnie fan 😭 that ‘Aww man’. Minnie dropping that she wrote the letter to Nonku & moving on like she didn’t drop a bomb 👀. Lastly, Minnie being interviewed on her own channel like she was on a different show is a strategic move to get numbers but it was weird & brings a-lot of questions. When unseen footage drops on the reunion, Minnie might regret how she chose to deal with all this - especially now that Precious is also on the reunion. I repeat - having PR team or consulting is so important - instead of dealing with things amateurly. Love Kgotso Hope Lekau #MinnieNtuli #RHOD #RHODurban #RHODurbanS5
