Nah, the Fun Gang would be all one character. Chapter 5 pretty much gave us exactly how they would work, with Kris being the only one who takes damage/you have to knock out.

I think what's interesting is that the one that is really changing in the story a lot is Susie, hell she became a healer that is almost as good at healing as Ralsei is now. Rude buster was the hardest hitting attack, but if Ralsei starts using fire shock he'll be the DPS.

No it would be Kris because Smash loves Sword characters.
