Not to mention that the potential vitamin A content in the sweet potato isn't even bioavailable unless it's consumed with significant amounts of fat Eat 2oz of beef liver with that delicious beef patty, and you've smashed her micros. Beef, every time.

Vitamin A is fat soluble... need that burger fat in order to absorb any amount of that... 😁😁😁 I'd eat them both... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

None of those nutrients are bio available and almost all of it will go straight out the back door. The hamburger is 💯 bioavailable making it the better option
