It’s well known (at least through media) that Harris is a small minded, short tempered woman who isn’t well liked, nor does she care for others. I believe she’s embarrassed by being beaten by Trump, as well as being exposed by some of her donors as being unfit for the position right after she lost. Of course, having to certify Trump, who very well may look into how she covered up Biden’s neurological issues, might be also affecting her peace of mind too.
